FULL-SERVICE POOL BUILDS

A custom pool.
One managed build.

Prairie Blue plans and manages the pool installation from excavation through startup, with the design, responsibilities and construction scope established before work begins.

01 / THE FULL-SERVICE PATH

For homeowners who want a considered pool without managing the installation.

Prairie Blue plans the pool around the property, coordinates the defined installation and carries the pool scope through startup.

Full-Service is intentionally limited each season. Your proposal identifies what Prairie Blue manages, which outside trades are required and which surrounding backyard projects remain separate.

01

Designed around the yard

Pool placement, access, grade, entry, equipment and finishes are considered together.

02

Professionally installed

Prairie Blue manages the contracted pool work from excavation through system startup.

03

Clearly handed over

You receive an operational walkthrough, system information and defined next steps.

02 / THE MANAGED SCOPE

The core pool installation, planned and delivered as one project.

The website describes the approach. Your final proposal defines the exact inclusions, exclusions, responsibilities, allowances and pricing for the property.

01

Planning and configuration

  • Property, access and preliminary placement review
  • Pool size, shape, depth and entry planning
  • Liner, equipment and major option selection
  • Permitting, defined construction scope and schedule
02

  • Excavation within the contracted scope
  • Base and structural preparation
  • Pool wall and support-system assembly
  • Specified backfill and a standard pool-deck collar, generally approximately 3 ft around the pool
03

Interior and equipment

  • Liner and entry-component installation
  • Pool plumbing and circulation equipment
  • Selected heating, sanitation and lighting
  • System startup and operational checks
04

Handover

  • Basic equipment-operation guidance
  • Manufacturer documentation
  • Seasonal care and service recommendations

A complete pool build: Full-Service generally includes design, permitting, excavation, pool and equipment installation, startup and an approximately 3 ft collar of pool decking. Expanded patios or decking, specialty finishes, fencing, retaining work, landscaping and drainage beyond the defined pool area remain separate unless specifically included in the proposal.

03 / DESIGNED FOR THE PROPERTY

Full-Service is where the broader pool collection belongs.

Rectangle, curved and more specialized layouts can be considered alongside the site, architecture and intended use.

LOOKING BEYOND THESE FOUR?

Want a different size, shape or style?

Full-Service is not limited to these rectangles. Curved, organic and project-specific pools can be designed around the property and the way you want to use it.

Starting-price assumptions: Standard rectangular configuration, typical soil and reasonable equipment access. Applicable taxes, salt systems, utility connections or service upgrades, fencing, retaining work, expanded decking and broader landscaping are separate unless included in the proposal. Final pricing follows a property review and confirmed scope.

05 / PRACTICAL DETAILS

Before choosing Full-Service.

Full-Service is intended as a complete pool build. The proposal confirms the site-specific design, materials and boundaries of the surrounding backyard work.

What does Full-Service include?

Full-Service includes the complete pool project: design and selections, permitting, excavation, pool structure, liner and entry installation, plumbing, circulation and selected equipment, system startup and handover. It also generally includes an approximately 3 ft collar of pool decking around the pool. The proposal confirms the exact materials, dimensions and site-specific inclusions.

Are permits, electrical and gas included?

Permitting is included in the Full-Service process. Electrical and gas requirements are incorporated into the project plan and completed by appropriately qualified trades, but utility connections and service upgrades are not included in the published starting prices unless specifically stated in the proposal.

What decking and surrounding backyard work are included?

A Full-Service build generally includes an approximately 3 ft collar of pool decking around the pool. Larger patios, expanded decking, specialty finishes, fencing, retaining walls and landscaping are broader backyard scopes and are included only when specifically listed in the proposal.

How long does a full-service build take?

Timing depends on the pool, access, soil, weather, inspections, trades and surrounding work. The proposal and pre-construction plan provide the project-specific sequence.

What happens if conditions or the scope change?

Concealed conditions, client-requested changes and additional work are documented and priced before the added work proceeds whenever practical.
